  • I give Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go authorization to renew my Rental Agreement with my Visa/MasterCard on the date of expiration unless otherwise Notified by the Renter.
  • Renter shall pay the monthly charge due in respect of each monthly term on or before the monthly term’s due date. A late charge of $5.00 per day will be assessed if the RV is left in the Space after the Rental Agreement term expires. Renter is aware that Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go DOES NOT INSURE and will accept NO LIABILITY for loss or damage to Renter’s Goods/Recreational Vehicle. Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT THE Renter OBTAIN INSURANCE COVERAGE for Goods and Recreational Vehicle to be stored in the Space.

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT CONDITIONS

    1. RENTER’S PRIVILEGES AND Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go


    1. Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go has instituted a security system involving camera surveillance, key pad access.
    2. Customers shall have access to their Space 24/7 using the key pad


    2. Renter’s Obligations


    1. Renter shall not store dangerous, noxious, filthy, offensive, explosive or highly flammable materials in the Space and shall be responsible for any environmental damage that may be occasioned by their RV, contents, or towing vehicle.
    2. Renter represents and warrants that he is in lawful possession of all goods stored in the Unit/Space. Renter AGREES TO ADVISE Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go IN WRITING OF THE FULL NAME AND ADDRESS OF ANY PERSON OR CORPORATION OTHER THAN RENTER WHO HAS AN INTEREST IN ANY OF THE GOODS STORED IN THE Space. Schlipf Road Park and Go may require Renter to advise Schlipf Road Park and Go in writing of the name of any person authorized by Renter to have access to the
    Space. Renter shall be legally responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by any person brought onto the premises by Renter, or visiting the Space with Renter’s permission. Schlipf Road Park and Go will not knowingly release any property to any other person/corporation than those listed on Rental Agreement; however, access to the site after hours implies that any
    owner wishing, can remove their RV at their discretion. This activity will be recorded on camera, but will not be controlled by Schlipf Road Park and Go.
    3. Renter shall not carry on any business out of the Space/RV (unless agreed with Bethany and Cody Geiman) and shall not use the Space for any unlawful purposes.
    4. Renter shall not cause damage to or disturb, interfere with or do anything which is liable to
    cause injury or loss to other persons or property on the premises.
    5. Prior to termination of this Agreement, Renter shall remove all goods and any litter from the
    Space. Renter shall, at his sole cost and expense make good any damage caused to the Space
    resulting from the Storage or removal of goods from Space.
    6. Renter shall advise Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go of any
    changes in Renter’s mailing address and phone number.


    3. SALE OF RENTER’S GOODS/RV IN THE EVENT OF DEFAULT.


    1.If Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go has not received payment of the Monthly Charge for any Monthly Terms on or before the Due Date, then the Renter will be considered to be in default until such time as Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go has received payment of all outstanding Monthly Charges. Gate code access will be interrupted pending full payment being made.

    2. When Renter is in default, Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go may place a padlock on the Unit and Renter shall not be entitled access to his Unit and the RV will not be moved off Space until Renter is no longer in default. Under no circumstances may Renter remove any goods from the Unit or move the RV from its Space while Renter is in default.
    3.Renter agrees that if Renter is in default, Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go may sell the goods or RV in the Space according to the procedure for sale of goods subject to a lien set out in the Warehouseman’s Lien Act, R.S.A. 1980 W-3, provided that Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go reasonably believes that the public auction sale of the goods in the Space would not exceed the costs associated with such
    sale, Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go may sell or otherwise dispose of the goods in any manner it sees fit.


    4.TERMINATION This Agreement will terminate at the end of a Monthly/Yearly Term.


    1. If, on or before the last day of that term, Renter NOT BEING IN DEFAULT, has given notice of an intention to terminate this Agreement at the end of that Monthly Term.
    2. If, on or before the Due Date for that term, Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go gives notice to Renter of its intention to terminate this Agreement at the end of that term.


    5. GENERAL


    1. Renter shall not assign the benefit of this Agreement without first obtaining the consent in writing of Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go.
    2. Renter may not perform any repairs or maintenance to RV without prior consent from Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go.
    3. To facilitate routine upkeep and lawn cutting, Renter may not store anything outside of RV in the Space.
    4. Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go, its employees or agents may enter the Unit/Space/RV for purposes of necessary maintenance, or in case of emergency, fire, etc. Where feasible, advance notice of such entry will be given to Renter. If such entry requires Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go to cut off Renter’s lock and is not made necessary by any breech of a term of this Agreement by Renter, Turquoise Acres Ranch,
    LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go will provide Renter with replacement lock free of charge.
    5. Turquoise Acres Ranch, LLC DBA Schlipf Road Park and Go reserves the right to move a unit/RV from one unit/Space to another if it is deemed necessary.
    6. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without notice.
